Couples I have taught

Taking the HypnoBirthing^® classes with Teva gave my husband and I a great sense of peace and confidence.  We are excitedly anticipating the arrival of our daughter.  Together we prepare everyday for the birth day to come by doing our relaxation exercises.  Teva was able to accommodate my very limited time availability and is a wonderful support through my pregnancy.
