Class Schedule & Rates

The HypnoBirthing® series includes 5 two and a half hour classes. Alternate scheduling may be arranged if needed.  The classes are taught in a home environment, and with your comfort and relaxation in mind. 

I offer group and private classes. Group classes consist of no more than 8 couples.

The cost* of classes is as follows:
Group:  $300
Private: $450

 Unit 4: An overview of Birthing – A Labor of Love

• Onset of Labor – Thinning and Opening Phase

• Settling in at the hospital or birthing center
• Preparing for home birth – or baby’s choice of birth 
• As labor moves along – passing time through labor
• Hallmarks of labor
• If labor rests or slows – Companion’s  prompts and activities
• As labor advances – birthing with your baby

 Unit 5: Birth – Breathing Love - Bringing Life

• Moving into birthing
• Positions for descent and birthing

Taking HypnoBirthing classes is strongly encouraged for the most optimal birthing experience.
However, if circumstances make it difficult or impossible for you to attend one of our childbirth education classes, read
"About the Book" and visit our Storks Mall retail store. The book, relaxation CDs, as well as birthing DVDs and other items are all available to you!!
